We support venues, festivals, and promoters to raise their standards through the Charter of Best Practice and a range of training, resources, and consultancy services.

The AiE Accessibility Toolkit is a self-assessment tool for music industry organisations. Answer structured questions across key areas of accessibility practice — from physical access and communication to policy, staff training, and audience experience — and receive a personalised report showing where you are doing well and where there is room to grow.
